My overall experience was great. I came to Inver Grove Toyota after finding the car that I wanted on-line. I had a set budget in mind and they pretty much hit the mark. Their customer service is top notch and my sales person Jim, kept me engaged in conversation while my paperwork was being prepared. If they could only expedite that process a little, the entire experience would have been excellent. I’m sending my spouse there this weekend for our second purchase!
