I went to this dealer and they only had one car for me to test drive even though I had contacted them about 3 different vehicles. They were pleasant people. The car that I test drove had a dead battery that will need to be replaced. I didn't like the car as well as a newer version. The price I was quoted was higher than the price quoted here. Friendly people, helpful and not high pressure.

We went to the dealership to get information about new and used Toyota RAV4s. The person that had contacted us was not in when we arrived, so we worked with a different salesperson, Kent Guptil. We looked first at the used RAV4s and test-drove two. We decided to purchase one of them. Kent was very easy to work with. We eventually settled on a price that seemed fair to all involved. We were told about the extras we could purchase, but we decided against them. There was no pressure.

It was great. The had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. The salesman was knowledgeable about the auto and gave alternative options for comparable cars on their lot. The pricing was fair and competitive.

Service was unbelievably poor at Inver Grove Toyota. I was called multiple times at work no matter how many times I told them to email me or call me outside of my professional hours. The salesman was aggressive, had no communication skills, and no respect for my boundaries. I was in dire need of a car and required zero persuasion, but he was pushy and kept asking me why I wasn't scheduling a test drive *right that second*. The dealer was too aggressive with contacting me without even allowing a chance for to contact. I was at work and I received 2 missed calls and 2 emails from different people. They badgered me after I bought another car from another place to find out more details about where I bought it from.
