Jim Hayes was courtesy. Went in traded my vehicle. Bought the 2011 suburban. They took care of me. I believe they were happy and so was I.

It was a good experience. It wasn't exactly the car I've been looking for. It was close but I've been told that I need to order the vehicle and if I do that I will contact a dealer closer to home.
