Invenio no longer works in our building
Would give 0 stars if possible. If you have the misfortune of having to deal with this company for issues with Time Warner/Spectrum, beware. Associates are poorly trained and give false information which their superiors will not back up. If they get themselves in a bind because of the misinformation they give you, they simply quit taking your calls (obtaining a phone number is not even easy), refuse to answer your emails or voicemails.
