Have not been to clinic.since year of 2014... would like to be back..my back issues are still the same.i would never left, but government health care...sunshine health. No acceptance from any providers.

Drove to pick up wife and clear to Dade City based on hours showing on Google stated 24 hours. I submitted the change as this is NOT open 24 hours.
Dr. Colon and his nurse practitioner Mrs. Jenny is great and friendly
Cvs is out of hydrocodone 5/325 and pharmacy told me to call provider to up the dose because they do have 7.5 and 10 but Dr won't redo script and Walgreens has hydrocodone 5/325 but Dr won't call in script for my normal monthly med there. So I have to suffer till the next appointment. I like Dr. Colon and his Staff I just don't understand why I have to go a whole month without my meds and hurt so bad
