I give 4 stars to the actual installers. I believe They did a good job when they are actually here, friendly. Of course it is not up and running so this is still in question. I give zero stars to the management of Inty Power. They are not true to their word. Leave you hanging. Can't schedule anything right. Expect you to drop/rearrange your life on the POSSIBIITY someone will actually show up when scheduled and act like the customer is the imposition. It looks like inspectors on your job were also part of the problem here, which we don't have a lot of control over but we are here for you for the long haul as an installer. Inty Power took 8 months to put in a solar system. It was only after the ********** stepped in that they bothered to complete the job. Three times they failed the city inspection. I had to have someone else do the corrections in order to pass the city inspection. The people Inty sent out to do the work had no idea what they were doing.
Do NOT use this company whatsoever. It has been a headache from the start of the solar process, and there are many other reputable companies out there. We designed our system and talked with the sales ************** who had everything we wanted written down before we signed. The day came for the install. I got home and the electric equipment was up but the panels were on the wrong side of the house, the electric run was over the tile instead of under the overhang as requested The installation manager *****, did not take any ... read more

We've done everything in our power to take care of this customer because contrary to his statement we do care about our customers. The main problem with him was that the panels were installed on the East side when he had communicated with the sales rep that he was wanting the solar panels on the West side and that was never communicated to us throughout the whole process which took about 45 days (better timeline than the standard in the industry).
