We signed up for Solar w this company and instead of saving money which is the real purpose of Solar but until now almost a year into the contract all we had are headaches. We are paying the electric company plus the system that is not functioning as it should, A night ' mare

This company is HORRIBLE. They do not communicate, they do not follow through, and they ABANDON their work. We are paying for two solar bills (this was supposed to be an expansion to our current solar), AND a high electric bill thanks to Inty Power. No one will return my call. *****, who is supposed to be one of the people in charge, spoke with me and said he would have better communication with us...lies, all lies. System has not functioned properly since installation in June 2022. SRP was kind enough to knock on our door and let us know our system was not working the first time. Ever since We keep having the same issues and **** technicians cant find anything wrong. We keep contacting them and cant even get a call back. Needless to say we are totally regretting having solar as were not saving any money with a system that doesnt function.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I signed up over 5 months ago now and after 20+ visits from the installation team and city inspector, the solar is STILL not functioning. I work from home and every single visit from the technicians has resulted in my power being shut off anywhere from 1-5 hours at a time, then they have the audacity to tell me that it's not possible for the power to be shut off in my office and other areas of the house as it's not connected to the power box they're currently working on.. BE WARE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no accountability from the top down and the false promises are endless. To give credit where credit is due the solar panel install team did a great job and had the panels installed within a days time.... Ever since then it has been a beyond awful experience. I give 4 stars to the actual installers. I believe They did a good job when they are actually here, friendly. Of course it is not up and running so this is still in question. I give zero stars to the management of Inty Power. They are not true to their word. Leave you hanging. Can't schedule anything right. Inty Power took 8 months to put in a solar system. It was only after the ********** stepped in that they bothered to complete the job. Three times they failed the city inspection. I had to have someone else do the corrections in order to pass the city inspection. The people Inty sent out to do the work had no idea what they were doing.
Do NOT use this company whatsoever. It has been a headache from the start of the solar process, and there are many other reputable companies out there. We designed our system and talked with the sales ************** who had everything we wanted written down before we signed. The day came for the install. I got home and the electric equipment was up but the panels were on the wrong side of the house, the electric run was over the tile instead of under the overhang as requested The installation manager *****, did not take any ... read more

We've done everything in our power to take care of this customer because contrary to his statement we do care about our customers. The main problem with him was that the panels were installed on the East side when he had communicated with the sales rep that he was wanting the solar panels on the West side and that was never communicated to us throughout the whole process which took about 45 days (better timeline than the standard in the industry).
