INTY power has been great to work with. Their staff is great and very professional. The install crews work is very clean.
We have been working with Inty power for several months as this is the company they use to do the installation with not the company who sold ** the system. **** and ******* and the install team have all been wonderful. Yes we have had a few hiccups but it was with SRP and the town when it came to inspections and approvals. They issues where all handled within a timely manner and my questions were answered. BEWARE: ************ does not know how to run a business. I am surprised they re still in business. They DO NOT communicate. They expect their customers to know what is going on, and you the customer has to chase them to get information. A 45 days project turned into 6 months and until now, the outcome has not been not achieved, but the opposite happened. Our electric bills are the same plus the SOLAR monthly cost. Its been four months since they installed solar pannels on my roof and in these 4 months they have yet to pass city inspection to connect power. They also caused structural damage to the property and swore they would take care of it but nothing. They also promised they would cover my aps bills since the official install date, the main reason for this is because when they installed the pannels they wanted me to tell the bank it was done so they would get their +20k forged information in order to obtain payment. We signed up for Solar w this company and instead of saving money which is the real purpose of Solar but until now almost a year into the contract all we had are headaches. We are paying the electric company plus the system that is not functioning as it should, A night ' mare

This company is HORRIBLE. They do not communicate, they do not follow through, and they ABANDON their work. We are paying for two solar bills (this was supposed to be an expansion to our current solar), AND a high electric bill thanks to Inty Power. No one will return my call. *****, who is supposed to be one of the people in charge, spoke with me and said he would have better communication with us...lies, all lies.
