Jaymie gives a great massage and is very helpful with her knowledge on helping you try to heal from the pain you are experiencing. Highly recommended.
I went in expecting just the normal massage, but came out with a completely AMAZING experience. She was able to target my pressure points and help relieve the tension buildup. I am the type of person that can’t relax and have a hard time relaxing, but when I left, I felt completely at ease mentally and physically relaxed like I could take on anything. For people used to the basic massage, I would recommend doing a massage with Jayme. She knows the body and mind and how it all works together.
