Every time we go into Intrigue, each employee is so friendly and honest! We have purchased a ring and had a bunch of repairs performed with attention to detail and flawless work, as well as quick repairs. Stay away from the big box jewelers and support a wonderful family owned local business!!!
If I could give this jeweler a zero I would! I took my mother's watch in to be fixed in 4/19/2016 and just got the call it was done. This was after a number of calls. When I picked up the watch today, I told them it was my first experience with their store and my last! The gentleman told me they out source their watch business and they have no control on them. We have been customers for a couple years and today sealed the deal as customers for life. Took my mother-in-laws ring in to have the diamond replaced before she passed, in hospice at the moment, and they rushed for same day service. Means a lot to have businesses like this still in the neighborhood.
