I recommend my entire experience with Intrigue Jewelers. The lady who accepted my ring for repair was very courteous and helpful, answering the questions I had. The repair took 6 days, and I received a text when the repair was complete. The gentleman who assisted me when I picked up my ring was very pleasant, and the repair job is very high quality. Intrigue Jewelers do beautiful custom work, and provide personal and thoughtful attention whether our project is large (our custom designs) or small (resizing a fashion ring, or replacing a chain.) They recreated a carved stone pattern we had photographed in an ancient Scottish abbey to make our stunning gold band wedding rings. Wow!
