Not intriguing. Not impressed. I chose to rent from this PM because they had good reviews. They talk professionally but their actions are less than stellar. If you choose to rent from this "property management" company, they will put the tenant to work managing issues. After signing my lease, I have been placed in charge of sorting out one of their multi-unit properties that was not set up with water.
