I met with Alethea and she was very kind and knowledgeable about how hospice is helpful. I liked the way she asked questions to learn more about our situation to ensure she offered great ideas that are specific to us. She gave us a helpful information to review and even went out of her way to schedule a time to come back with additional information. Thank you for having great people that make you feel very empowered and comfortable.
Intrepid was very professional and there for every need we had. I could not have had a better team. Jen Duggan, Susan Peters and Libby Mitchell were there every step of the way. I would like to give a special thanks again to Jen Duggan for being there at the most difficult time.
