It was a horrible experience The machine was installed in my car on a Monday and on Wednesday it was already giving g me problems. I had to get it to over form my car in less than a week. It is impossible to get a chance to speak with a representative of Intoxalock, im talking about hours on the phone before getting a hold of someone, and the hidden fees are astronomical, I spent $700 in less than a week and on top of that it left my car not running.
