I had a great experience since this was my first time getting an interlock on my vehicle. Mr Carr was very polite to my daughter and I and explained everything to us so we understand about the interlock and showed us how to use it also which was very helpful. So thank you very much and it's been a couple weeks since I got the interlock and haven't had no issues. Thank you very much for everything .
Casey Carr was very professional and helpful. He was extremely patient with my friend who tried many times to get the blowing thing done so she could drive my car home after installation. He's knowledgeable and gave me very helpful information
