Anyone within the Wallingford area that needs to have the interlock device installed will be very comfortable with the service at this shop. Neal was professional and non judgemental while explaining the device. I will be bringing my vehicle to him for service after the device is removed. I used to only go to the Chevy dealer for service but after meeting Neal, he has my complete confidence as a reputable knowledgeable mechanic.
The person who installed my Intoxalock was VERY knowledgeable! He took 15 minutes, (after closing!!) to explain everything about the device. And then answered every question I had. Will definitely be going here for all my automotive needs from now on!
