1/24/2026 ----------- UPDATE #2 --------------- AWFUL. From the customer service to the hidden fees, the equipment reliability... What a nightmare. They tell you what you want to hear only to get screwed over or not fixing the issue at hand. Their customer service is a joke. The reps take no accountability. Update 9/19/25: I’m updating my review since my opinion has changed. Let me explain. I got a message from an Intoxalock supervisor who saw my review and wanted to reach out and talk to me personally as to understand my frustration. The whole process itself is begging for a reform. So much gray area and loopholes creating almost endless possibilities of these company’s “stickin” it to ya. There’s a few things that fell below satisfactory but the main culprit is the pricing and Intoxalock’s sneaky attempts to charge you twice or add ons that aren’t mandatory but cost extra. Make sure you read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Keep track of all the pricing and have some patience if you become one of the many, like myself, that have to deal with it . Update 9/19/2... read more
