The whole process itself is begging for a reform. So much gray area and loopholes creating almost endless possibilities of these company’s “stickin” it to ya. There’s a few things that fell below satisfactory but the main culprit is the pricing and Intoxalock’s sneaky attempts to charge you twice or add ons that aren’t mandatory but cost extra. They know what they’re doing. It took a lil longer than expected but not really their fault. Plus I’d rather them do a thorough job and it taking longer than a fast and the device is all screwy. Considering the rats nest that was behind the console with splices here and some more over there and non OEM head unit and non OEM connectors, they still got it installed and didn’t have to call me for explanation.
