I was having trouble getting help with removing my leased device from my car. I asked to speak to a supervisor and received a call back from Isaias. He was so helpful and understanding. I can't get help with my device removal. I have tried website, phone app and calling. Red Bluff Auto Clinic has been waiting for your confirmation for over a week now. I requested last week. DMV is waiting also. My number is 530-510-1213.

This is not a reputable company they will not give refunds when they are due. Read the contract before signing Good luck. The customer service is the worst ,you can't talk to a person that can speak English as there first language. If you are luck enough to call after normal buisness hours you mite get a person that you can understand but they will not tell you the truth , they will agree to anything to get you to hang up.
