What you are told or what you watch on the training video is very different from what you experience. There needs to be better training to customers. Tell them what to expect with any case scenario. Such as insufficient blow with rolling retest… (eg. the device will alarm view message missed blow…continue to alarm then you will see a timer press the button and proceed with sample…this is not a violation) I feel like better education/training will make for a better customer experience. Customer support team may need more training. I have been given Miss or inaccurate information. I was told that I would have at least 5 minutes for rolling tests and this is a lie. I know have a missed test on my record.
This process can cause so much anxiety. Customer service has reached out and has helped eliminate this anxiety by some. Thank you Isaias for your help!
