Our furnished studio/efficiencies offer incredibly low weekly rates with no lease or credit check. To keep rates as low as possible, we are a limited service facility and are not for every traveler. However, if you need to stay a week or longer - and are on a budget - we provide amazing value.

The place to stay was good but they kept my deposit about a blanket that I didn’t even have and thats not fair ..!
They've had weekly rates listed on the sign for $309 a week for the last 5 years. In 2020 a week was around $330 to $340 after taxes and fees. Today it's $450 a week. I wish somebody would explain to me how the room rates are still the same but the taxes and fees went up to $150.
Amazing staff clean nice people good price
From the moment I made my reservation to check in and so far with most of the first week of my stay, I have found things to be above my expectations and do feel that my opinion should change moving forward.
