My Family and I traveling through and found this place and the room was very clean, convenient and staff was very nice. Checking in was easy and fast. I seen all the reviews that people were saying about this place just made me wanna come and check things out. So when I got here, it was a whole different story. Just note that this place is a very good environment, and it's nothing like people are saying on the Google reviews.
Five stars is only because of the staff!!! Staff is outstanding!!! Location is ok, but corporate sucks. There is no way to get in touch with them to get answers to questions or concerns. Corporate doesn’t seem to include the staff in any changes or things going on around the property until last minute.
In Town Suites has been a life safer for alot of people coming and going or living here in Athens. Elevator access, stairs, and everything within Walking Distance. Very Affordable stays. Thank You Yall! They also hire!
Everything you could need with anything you want within walking distance. Beds are comfortable, elevator and stair access. Food and laundry, with Southern Hospitality. Come lock in on the deal they got.
As a fiber optic contractor I have been around 150 hotels in the whole country, and this was the worse experience ever in my lifetime, I was kicked out for the from desk lady and the manager, the reason was that I been trying for the last 3 weeks to get my room get cleaned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
