The worst. They lied to me 3 times about the cost and pulled the bait and switch. I have medicare and was changing doctors so I called them. My last doctor accepted what medicare paid with no copay from me. They assured me they would be the same. The day of the appointment they again in the office before and after confirmed no out of pocket cost for me.
