The houses are designed to look pretty and have usable floor plans however you will run into some expensive issues down the track. Unless something has changed, the AC units in just about every house will need to be changed within a few years. The evaporator coils aren't covered by the extended warranty so you be up for at least a couple of thousand. The stucco is just designed and installed incorrectly, look at the previous builds and just about every house within 5 years has had extensive stucco rework. Depending on how ba... read more

Buyers, stay away from this builder. Worst experience ever in buying a new townhome. Sloppy finishes throughout the whole new townhome. Broken window and holes in a new townhome.

Chiming in with the rest here at being baffled by the overall highscore. I would stay away unless you want to deal with leaks, crappy materials, closed pools for months on end (during the hottest months). These are fairly new homes to be such money-pits....

NEVER purchase one of these homes...unless you want to deal with basically buying a whole new A/C system within 3 years of owning a BRAND NEW HOME they built, pipe busting issues where your HOA must pay because they hooked up your town home group together to a shoddy pipe, stucco issues and leaks, etc. The list goes on. How does this company have an A+ rating!? I am not the only one in our group to experience these issues, a majority of us have the same problems, shocking...I think not.

Business response:

Hi Jenni, We regret that we have not fulfilled your expectations. If you could please reach out to us and provide your address, we would be happy to further look into this and perhaps provide a more adequate resolution. Best Regards, InTown Homes

We purchased a home in the Ravenna project on Awty School Lane in May 2014. The entire experience with the quality of construction and lack of desire to warranty their product has been nothing short of a disaster. Every homeowner we have met has had the same experience. I suggest that you ask & talk to any present owner.... any owner here BEFORE YOU BUY or Enter Into a contract. You will save yourself a lot of heartache , time, money & trouble before you buy. You will be glad you did!
