Stay away. All homes have stucco cracks and holes, AC issues, water leaks around windows. We had to replace our entire A/C to the tune of $18k after 7 yrs. During that replace process, we discovered the attic has absolutely no ventilation at all. None. The ridge vent system was never installed. The roofer says the house is not up to code and should have never passed inspection. Now have to pay a roofer to install solar attic fans. The houses are designed to look pretty and have usable floor plans however you will run into some expensive issues down the track. Unless something has changed, the AC units in just about every house will need to be changed within a few years. The evaporator coils aren't covered by the extended warranty so you be up for at least a couple of thousand. The stucco is just designed and installed incorrectly, look at the previous builds and just about every house within 5 years has had extensive stucco rework. Depending on how ba... read more

Buyers, stay away from this builder. Worst experience ever in buying a new townhome. Sloppy finishes throughout the whole new townhome. Broken window and holes in a new townhome.

Chiming in with the rest here at being baffled by the overall highscore. I would stay away unless you want to deal with leaks, crappy materials, closed pools for months on end (during the hottest months). These are fairly new homes to be such money-pits....
