Have only had a great experience in my new home working with Brandon Rufener as he still to this day helps out with minor issues around the area. I do enjoy my neighborhood and truly look forward to seeing what comes next.
Very pissed off at this company in Cottage Grove. The trucks delivering supplies to the construction sites are going down streets not meant for trucks and tearing up my yard, collapsing the ditches and breaking my driveway. I complained and they do NOTHING.
I am so disappointed with InTown Homes Fannin Station. Over half my windows have leaked. The most significant leaks involve my garage windows with associated water damage. After three I come to find out from a building inspector, water detection service and a window installer that the garage windows were not install properly. I am now burdened with the expense of repairing windows and water damage on a 3 year home. It is gut punching to have this experience.
Upland Grove - I wanted to share my experience with this community and the builders so others can be aware and make educated decisions in purchasing their next home. My husband and I fell in love with the community here at Upland Grove and were beyond excited to move in. Samantha, their sales rep here, was beyond friendly and helpful from day one and this review should in no way reflect poorly on her. We closed on our townhouse (which had already been completely built) and moved in early March 2020. The community is stil... read more

I fell in love with the tall ceilings and finishes of my townhome. I closed in December of 2019 and did not see the flooring of my townhome until the walkthrough where I was completely disappointed that I was unable to pick the flooring out color out as the sales manager said I could. After closing, I noticed how awful the workmanship was of my townhome. From crooked countertop installation to uneven crooked stairs to chipped flooring, I noticed all of the imperfections. Everything was falling apart. My heart sank as soon as... read more
Don’t buy one of these. Beautiful, yes. But god forbid you have any issue come up that is under warranty. They don’t call you back, and the sales reps will tell you to not waste your time, as they will not fix it. What a nightmare experience this has been for us. They refused to reimburse us for any issue we fixed on our own. Even refused to reimburse us for a water leak that they did not come to fix that cost us $495.00. I should have payed more attention to the negative reputation they have in the community. We are current... read more
Stay away. All homes have stucco cracks and holes, AC issues, water leaks around windows. We had to replace our entire A/C to the tune of $18k after 7 yrs. During that replace process, we discovered the attic has absolutely no ventilation at all. None. The ridge vent system was never installed. The roofer says the house is not up to code and should have never passed inspection. Now have to pay a roofer to install solar attic fans. In addition, none of the vent pipes on the roof were sealed properly, so now there are ... read more
Issue after issue on a new build. I have counted at least 31 different warranty problems within my first year. I am still in my first year. Some issues they claim are normal, some they claim are defective and some they have fixed but not completely or adequately. The whole home has had caulking issues from the get go which their warranty does not cover but also begs the question if they ever did an adequate job to begin with. Their quality control manager is rude and unprofessional and management ignores the issues and simpl... read more
