Just found Mike at Ed Ebert's: My Audi A4 has had no heat for over a year. Nobody else could figure out why. Mike and his guys figured it out, fixed it a reasonable price, and NOW I have heat: Thanks Mike!!
After a terrible day of jump starting my car three times within 3 hours I decided to give Ed Ebert's Automative a call. I brought my car in and after a short wait (I thought I would have to leave my car overnight) and a reasonable price (still get to hold onto most of my Christmas $$) I was able to leave with my car! What started off as a bad day was quickly turned around thanks to Ed Ebert's friendly, prompt, and efficient service.
I took my car in for an oil change, usually a husband job, and received a plesant surprise. Mike was great, called me by name, talked to me with respect andlike i have a brain. I watched other interactions withcustomers, and each was the same. Always respectful. I stopped doing business at another Moorestown repair shop for treating me as a non person. I so will be doing business with Mike and his crew. The work is good and they are great. Thanks guys!!
