Just received my car. They did a great job! Wonderful staff as well.
Good customer service and very reliable.
I had a engine light causing my engine to shut down yet needed an appointment for a week away. I understood, but it wasn't convenient since the car kept stalling everywhere. They were close, and the staff pleasant. They checked various service points like most shops do to generate business etc., and read the scanner I guess about the engine light. I had done that already for free through Auto Zone. They charged me 140.00 for that diagnostic. They also quoted me a total of about 5 grand to fix 3 or 4 things wrong with the car... read more
Hands down this is the BEST auto service business around! Everyone is polite, friendly, honest and beyond accommodating. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Angela, you know you are in a top-notch place. Michael & Suzanne Dunn out did themselves with my first visit here. I look forward to giving them my other vehicles for servicing in the near future. Two Thumbs Way Up!!
A big thank you to Intown Auto Care. Our beloved Windstar had some serious Transmission problems and Intown Auto Care got us squared away! Its running like brand new now. The Owners Suzanne & Mike are great to work with. Honest, dependable, and they insure quality workmanship. The car rental service was convenient also! We’ll be back!
