I absolutely love to come in for my appointments. The front ladies are always so happy and positive . The Medical assistant s are so amazing and happy. Especially the sweet woman M.A for my doctor Dr.Deserea Hammer. Dr. Deserea is so freaking sweet and very ,very,very smart . She is always so helpful and with her knowledge of medications , conditions and above and beyond . I love Dr. Deserea Hammer . This place is a joke and they dont return calls. I never was seen but they way I’m seeing how they don’t get back to patients especially when in pain, I’m not wanting to see this doctor at all.
I have nothing but high praise for every person in this office. They are amazing caregivers!
We used to not have any problems they used to return calls and everything promptly but nowadays it's ridiculous no call backs no answer when you call and they have the nerve to charge people 150 per missed appointments or no shows well they wouldn't have such issues if they would pick up or call back does this mean we can charge them it's not worth it anymore dont bother wasting your time or money
Dr.Deserae Hammer is such an amazing Doctor . She has been my doctor for a while now and she is a genius and knows pain management . She truly cares and you can feel it . I love her and I love our visits every time . I look forward to them . She is so down to earth and just as real as they get . She is so sweet and truly to the bone cares for her patients .
