I’ve been going here for 7 years now. Every-time I’m there I’m reminded how blessed I am to have this entire staff be so attentive, understanding and supportive. Dr Nelson is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He treats me with such compressive and genuine concern to help. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.
I moved to the Ogden area full time in the spring of 2024. At that time I was dealing with a failed lumbar back surgery, a neck injury and needed pain management help. I was referred to Dr. Alex Nelson at ISPM in Ogden. Over the last 1-1/2+ years I’ve worked with him doing pain blocks and studies, trigger point injections, and epidural pain injections on both my lumbar and cervical spine. The staff is friendly and Dr. Nelson is extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. My overall experience was 5 stars. It's almost always 5 star service. I always go here, and always recommend them to friend's and family. In fact, I don't think I would go anywhere else.
I absolutely love to come in for my appointments. The front ladies are always so happy and positive . The Medical assistant s are so amazing and happy. Especially the sweet woman M.A for my doctor Dr.Deserea Hammer. Dr. Deserea is so freaking sweet and very ,very,very smart . She is always so helpful and with her knowledge of medications , conditions and above and beyond . I love Dr. Deserea Hammer . This place is a joke and they dont return calls. I never was seen but they way I’m seeing how they don’t get back to patients especially when in pain, I’m not wanting to see this doctor at all.
