I owe Dr. Sanchez and Tara Conway (who is quite possibly the kindest human being ever and makes me feel so safe which helps me get my words out so much better, myself being autistic) for giving me hope again. I am a patient of Dr. Manuel Sanchez. His knowledge and compassionate understanding have been invaluable to me. He navigates the process of diagnosis and appropriate care for his patients with great skill while never losing the "human touch". Tara Conway, APRN, takes the time to understand and then teach the patient and answers questions.
