I was a patient here from just about the beginning. This used to be a great place to go for pain help, but they’ve really gone downhill. The original doctors were really great, especially Dr. Sanchez. I know they are under a lot of pressure from the government but they still could improve the way they interact with their patients.
I wish i knew the answer how to make it better.. I been going to interventional spine Medicine for over 10 plus years. I started with Doctor Hocobian in barrington then switched over to Rye NH i was one of the first patient in rye. Unfortunately i feel as i been attacked by their employees, last month again i had a new dr to see, their actually a r n p. i believe. Keep appointment times. 30-90 min wait past appointment time is wrong.
Love them all at ISM! Dr. Sanchez and his team are amazing, love them all!
Dr. Slezcak was great but the staff at the Gilford office was not at all. Appointments ran late and staff could be rude. Eventually told that I would have to just live with the pain and discomfort!
I would not even give this but there was no minus! I wrote a post but it already got hidden! Just beware and don't waste your time!
