What a joy to work with a professional company. They were done with our large house in 3.5 days with just a little more finish up. They cleaned up after each day and also brought a Port-a-potty for the guys. Quality job. Our Direct TV guy even told us how well they did putting the dish back on the roof and how clean the gutters were. These were two things our Salesman, Lance, promised us and they delivered. I contacted Interstate Roofing because my neighbor across the street from me had them replace his roof and was very pleased. Ronnie from Interstate Roofing scheduled a time to come by and assess the roof. He sat down with me and went over all the options and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and professional. It took several weeks for the work to actually begin due the a large number of jobs they had ahead of mine. Once they got started it took about 5 days for them to replace the roof. I was very happy with interstate from the first call informing me of the time the job was to be done and what to expect. They were very good with their treating me as a client and not just the tenant. I was very happy with there hard and efficient work, and their meticulous cleaning after the job. I recommend Interstate Roofing and the following is why I choose to do so. The headquarters for Interstate Roofing is in Portland, OR but they service Clark County, WA, where I live, as well. Although it can be an inconvenience at times, I pursued three estimates for a new roof and paid particular attention to the thoroughness of the company representatives who were sent to bid the job. I knew Interstate did a lot of work in Portland, but being in North Clark County, I thought I'd give them a call. Obtained three bids for complete tear-off, re-roof and gutters from RoofToppers, Leaf Guard (Beldon Home Solutions) and Interstate. Interstate conducted the most thorough estimate and produced the lowest bid that also included replacing old skylights with new. The 52 square job was completed in five days. Couldn't have been happier with this company's service. Omar did a great job, and although they experienced some challenges that they didn't foresee on inspection pricing was consistent with billing. Awesome detail in quote, and during time of work. Clearly they care about doing a great job.
