Rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I returned a phone call and was not at all trying to be difficult and was hung up on. Then called back and was told don’t ever call here again. Then the next day they called me again. Get some better people skills not everyone is trying to be a problem for you.

I can say that Tim and Sadie provide prompt service with the drop of a hat. Professional, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend IPS in a heart beat to anyone looking for service of process in NOLA or anywhere in Louisiana.
