My husband and I just bought a new 2025 Nissan Altima SR from Charles Smith and can't say enough about how well we were treated. Any questions were answered and I had to see the different colors physically on the vehicle to pick out which one we liked and even though the vehicle may not have been right at his fingertips the task was accomplished. Everything went so smoothly while trading in my Altima and buying my new Rogue. We worked with Eric K. and he was so helpful in deciding on a new vehicle. He was patient with us as we decided on which vehicle would fit our budget and was not pushy at all. I also feel like I got a very fair trade in deal on my Altima. It was a great experience as always at Interstate Nissan!
Rex was my sales associate. He was polite and personable, but not pushy. He demonstrated everything on my new car patiently. He showed me where the service dept. was located and introduced me to Tyler, the service manager. I hope Rex remains at Interstate Nissan so I can deal with him in the future. He was perfect for me.
Was really impressed with the dealership. I felt that we may have gotten a better deal elsewhere but really felt comfortable enough with the experience that we didn’t need to go anywhere else. No pressure at all. Answered all of our questions. Would really recommend them to anyone needing a new vehicle. I was also treated better than I expected by the service group.
This is my second time up here, and it was somehow better than the first. Mike M. was a huge help and very friendly and open. Traded in my rogue for a frontier, he was very patient and listened to everything i had to say. Even came in on his only day off to make the deal. I am proud to say that i shop at Interstate Nissan. The whole staff is amazing and friendly!
