The serviceman, Eric, was great. He called before he arrived and did what we asked in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with Interstate's service and response time.
The installer did a quality job and work hard to complete the job. The company was timely with all requests. The supervisor gave us a complete turtorial on how the systems works and ran several testa for us. When we want the sprinkler heads cut down, he did so without complaint after working a very very long day and complicated yard. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL, GOOD WORK ETHIC AND TIMELY
Excellent work. Left yard in good shape. I'm pleased with their efforts and results.
Had trouble getting them out to the house, supposedly got the adress wrong the first time and didn't make it out to the house. Did arrive within the expected time on the second attempt.
It's been raining since the irrigation system was installed, looking forward to next summer! Would highly recommend Interstate Irrigation.
