Had an a/c tuneup done today. Adam came out within the scheduled time slot and performed the service. He was very professional and attentive. He advised of a few things that needed to be repaired and accomplished them in a timely manner. We have used Interstate a few times over the past year since we purchased our home and have been very pleased. Interstate is the best heat & air service company i’ Ever found. Extremely knowledgeable- their technicians have identified and fixed problems that several other companies could not. I have bought 2 complete HVAC systems from them since 2013. Both still work great. Yesterday, their technician Isaac came out for spring service and tuneup. Found one AC unit was pulling higher than normal amps on startup, and recommended a startup kit to fix the problem. He was very professional and highly skilled, and did a great job. Jordan Gibson checked out my heat & air system today. He went over problems that might arise in future and I decided to have him take care of these items before they did become problems. He performed work in timely manner. He was a very nice young man and even offered to do any other tasks such as replacing light bulbs. I didn't have any of these to do at this time but I appreciated the offer. I would definitely recommend Interstate Heat & Air to my friends.

I really like these folks. Everyone I've dealt with, from office staff to the technicians who come out to the house, have been very professional and friendly. Most recently, Isaac and Brandon were especially good at what they do. Highly recommended.
We have used Interstate for several years now. They check out our heat and air twice a year. They replaced our very old Unit with a great new one. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and very careful to wear booties in the House. I can highly recommend Interstate Heat and Air.
