I have used Interstate Heating and Air Conditioning for my annual spring and fall system checkups for the past 6 years. Each technician, and office staff member, I've worked with has been very professional and informative. I have the greatest confidence in this company and couldn't be happier with their service.
Interstate has been great to work with. My husband and I were getting a short circuit error on our thermostat, and Interstate sent out their technician, Jordan to assist us. He fixed the contactor, but later that night the error message popped back up. He came back the next day (a Saturday) to see if he missed anything the day before at no additional fee. The technicians and team members at Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning are the best! They installed a heating & air system two years ago in our home and we could not have been more pleased. We called around and Interstate had the best Sunday service call rate. Jordan G. actually called and said he would be available to come earlier than was confirmed in the initial call. Awesome!! He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He inspected the unit and found the problem quickly. He gave me options on the repair without any pressure to purchase more or less. Jordan G. is AWESOME!! We called the night before a Saturday with a broken down Goodman heat pump. Interstate had their specialist (Jordan G.) call us right away and the same night. We were relieved due to the hot temps in July. Jordan called us and said he would be earlier than the estimated service time. Thank you Interstate Heating & Air!! Everyone was so professional and helpful...from the receptionist that answered the phone all the way to the end of the install. Adam came out to check our unit and there was no pressure from him. He explained the options and let us decide what to do. Mike & Tanner were there right on time and did a great job getting everything installed and kept me up to date on what they were doing. And the loaner unit we were able to use was a life saver! VERY happy with the service we received.
