I have been a customer for many, many years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Had my service club inspection with Marcus the other day. Although he was a fairly new hire, he certainly upheld the high standards i have come to recognize from their employees. This certainly includes both technicians and office staff. Thanks ya'll!

Josh B was friendly, courteous and professional. Jennifer kept me posted about my appointment time and kept me posted about Josh B's arrival period for my service. Josh B showed me what areas needed further attention and showed me the service costs for these additional services. He didn't pressure me in applying for their Club Membership. Everyone at Interstate treated me with respect and were very friendly. I recommended them to my family anf friends. Good job Interstate.

Thank you Interstate for another fine Tech, Marcus Thurman. Marcus did a most thorough job of checking out my system. It seems the ladder to my attic is showing signs of weakness (think it's because of you Kai..lol) so Marcus used his ladder to get part way up them lifted himself the rest of the way!! Beyond the "call of duty". Have always had good Tech's from you but Marcus is the best yet! Thanks again.

We have been a customer of Interstate H & A for nearly 8 years now and could not be more pleased. Everyone we've had contact with, from the office to technicians, has always been professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Alan came out today to provide the semi-annual checkup/tune up service to our AC, and as always, very pleasant and was on time.
