We have been customers since 2013. We have had a great experience each time. Alan does a great job with maintenance and we are getting ready to install a second unit. The installation crew knew their stuff and did a great job. The office is always pleasant and on top of keeping our service appointments set up. We would not think about using anyone else.

I've been an Interstate Heat and Air customer for several years. I'm a member of their service which ensures my heat and air are checked twice a year. I really appreciate their reminder calls to schedule the check-ups. Dianna is always friendly and keeps me posted on the approximate time the technician will arrive. Josh B. inspected my systems last week. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I have no problem recommending Interstate Heat and Air.
Alan provided Spring A/C tune-ups for 2 of my rental houses. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This military vet is a credit to himself and the company. Thanks!

Another great experience today! As a customer since 2010, Interstate Heat and Air has replaced both of my systems. I'm now enrolled in their service club to ensure my systems get a check up twice a year. They are great about reminding you that you are due for an inspection and always pleasant when I call to set up an appointment. Hard sell to elderly disabled man. Air conditioner worked when tech arrived, DID NOT when tech left. Charged 5x price quoted. Pushy tech, customer finally came to his senses and stopped the madness.
