Interstate has kept us going for the last several years. Always prompt, courteous and helpful. Finally needed a new HVAC system, and Brandon and Jason worked tirelessly and cheerfully all day today to install our new system. It is SO quiet and efficient! I was in need of impromptu service this Memorial Day. Figured I was out of luck until the next day. Luckily Interstate was able to help me out. Jordan at my house much faster than I expected. His level of professionalism was superb, ensured I fully understood what was going on before he fixed the issue and I was completely happy with the work.

Each spring & fall I get a text reminding me it’s time to schedule seasonal tuneup, and I can even schedule an appointment via response to that text! I love the ease of this process. In addition, I get an email confirmation and reminder the day before. On top of that, IHAC sends a pic and short bio of the tech coming to my home. Service is always great. I couldn’t be happier to be a customer.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone having any heating and air conditioning issues. After having 2 other companies come out and say that the whole air handler unit was junk and needed to be replaced, Jordan came out and found 2 different issues causing the unit to not work within 15 minutes of being there. I was then given a full upfront cost before anything else was done so I knew exactly what it was going to cost.
