Adam has been my service tech for a couple of years and is always on time, professional and explains everything so I can understand. When we needed to have some work done, I was given an estimate without pressure. Everyone at Interstate has been hepful, professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Josh B was friendly, courteous and professional. Jennifer kept me posted about my appointment time and kept me posted about Josh B's arrival period for my service. Josh B performed my heating club service along with checking my pan. He did show/explain to me the pan did required a service but didn't pressure me into doing so. Everyone at Interstate has always treated me with respect and have been very friendly. I recommend them to my family and friends. Good job Ty & Interstate!

I have been a customer for many, many years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Had my service club inspection with Marcus the other day. Although he was a fairly new hire, he certainly upheld the high standards i have come to recognize from their employees. This certainly includes both technicians and office staff. Thanks ya'll!
