We have used Interstate Heat & Air for many years. They take the time to explain thing and have stood behind their products. Jordan Gibson usually does our inspections and is honest and straight forward. The whole Interstate crew are like family.
Mike and Isaac discussed exactly how thwy were going to replace our a/c and heater because the a/c leaked and the coils were rusted. They consulted us and gave us choices when they could. Both were very professional. They did a fantastic job and tested both systems before they left. We are VERY pleased with the job they did. Thr new Carrier a/c is very pretty, too.

I have used Interstate for 4 or 5 years now. I signed up for the Spring and Winter check-ups along with same day service if needed. I have only used the same day feature once and they came very promptly as advertised. Jordan Gibson was my technician today for the spring check. Very professional, polite, and attended to all things quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this business to anyone looking for air/heat service.....

Jordan came to service our A/C unit this afternoon. With the recent rains, we also had questions about our floor air ducts, as they had recently flooded. Jordan was knowledgeable and answered each of our questions. He provided various options for how to resolve our current issue. I have used Interstate Heat and Air for a few years. They are keeping a 30 year old Rheem heat and air system running. Yes its on its last leg but I am too cheap to buy a new one, so I call them. Jordan has serviced our system twice this year. Once for the furnace which he did an excellent job fixing and just recently for the air unit, which he patched back together keeping us cool.
