This was my second time using interstate. Diana in the office was so friendly and accommodating . She sent Isaac ( technician ) out to my home within hours of my call. Issac was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and he had my heat working again within minutes. Thank you interstate!

They have installed two new systems for us, fixed a botched job on someone else's install, and consistently maintained our systems for us over the years. I have used Interstate Heating and Air Conditioning for my annual spring and fall system checkups for the past 6 years. Each technician, and office staff member, I've worked with has been very professional and informative. I have the greatest confidence in this company and couldn't be happier with their service.
Interstate has been great to work with. My husband and I were getting a short circuit error on our thermostat, and Interstate sent out their technician, Jordan to assist us. He fixed the contactor, but later that night the error message popped back up. He came back the next day (a Saturday) to see if he missed anything the day before at no additional fee.
