Hello everyone, everyone who reads be careful and do not trust Russ Vincent, I as the owner lost 4 hours on unloading, and did not have time for my next pick up which was almost 300 miles, they do not pay detention, dispatcher and owner driver be careful with him.
I would not recommend working with Jeff Smith. I waited 5 hours at a shipper in Ghent, KY, after being told detention was approved. I contacted Jeff repeatedly but never received payment for my time. I suspect the customer was billed for the detention, but the funds were never passed on to me. I will not be hauling for them in the future.
I've been working with Brian for 11 years, with 2 different companies that have different needs and Brian has done an Amazing Job taking care of everything we throw at him from rates to moving our loads!!!! I've called on him in a panic on nights and weekends with the same answer every time "we got this" everyone knows the trials of trucking and Brian makes things easier for sure!!!! Looking forward to the next 11 years!!!
