Love Dr Arnold, the hygienists, and the dental assistants; however, the front office staff is incompetent. Went there for a cleaning and they said I owed them money from a previous appt. When I asked why, they didn't know. I ended up having a cavity and had to schedule an appt to get it filled. They quoted me $90; however, when I showed up to my appt, they said I owed $150. I went in to get some dental work done. I was over charged. My responsablity was $149. And theu charged me $325 and are now refusing to refund my money so they got paid twice one from me and once from my insurence... if u go there check wih insurence and make sure they are chaging you correctly
