Interpacific Asset Management has been managing my HOA for a few years now. Every time there is an issue I receive no response. We have had floods, roof leaks, brown water, and they never respond. I submit a request in the portal, email, call, and no response. They have been the worst to work with. I would not recommend hiring them.
I would not recommend this company due to poor tenant support and unexpected fees after signing the lease.
Interpacific is one of the best management companies in SoCal!
I have had the chance to work with Interpacific for the last two years. They are a great management company to work with. Kelly is fantastic if you get the chance to work with her.
