Rosa Hellen was my realtor In all honesty, it took me a bit of time to write this review. First, she's quite good at the sale side, staging, responsive, etc. She did a good job for me there, though one has to wonder how much is the market as well. On the purchase side, there were too many misses. Now they weren't intentional, they do reflect a lack of expertise vs. my prior realtors. The amount of money was very significant.
