Bailey was great! She was always there when we needed her, even after the sale of the home was finished. Dennis was also amazing! We felt like we had a team of friends, not a real estate company helping us navigate the purchase.
Disappointing. Bought a home and was told inspections all passed or problems fixed. They (the agent who said he spoke for the inspector or his own assessment ) and said no problem with faucets, no cracks, no leaks, no mineralization. Told all appliances worked. After we arrived we found out one sink cracked, all bathroom faucets leaked and had mineralization, oven broken , microwave broken, trash compactor broken, and dishwasher broken (it flooded the kitchen when turned on).
