Horrible experience with everything there! What's worse is the General Manager (Tony Dollinger)yelled at me over the phone, telling to stop talking because he was frustrated that I was frustrated with them.. I was trying to tell him why I am disappointed; and what was wrong with my car. no respect for someone who claims to be working for 30+ years! ...not once he apologize for the horrible service, but keeps trying to tell me that they have the best service in town!
