On Fri 6/19 my wife and I purchased a 2017 Highlander that was listed for sale on the Int’l Toyota Internet site. Money was put down and after funds transferred we were scheduled to pick it up Wed 6/24, at which time we were informed that the TITLE was NOT available yet. After several days of really bad communication, we are now hoping for Mon 6/29. If we had any idea the car listed was not actually available, we would have looked elsewhere. We had a great experience with Jerod and Herman in May 2020. Our family was ready to transition to a Toyota Sienna and they helped to make the sales experience smooth and positive for our entire family.
The only thing they have going for them is that they’re the only Toyota dealer within an hour of Sheboygan, otherwise everything from sales to service is completely pathetic. They are exactly why this profession gets a bad rap. No customer should spend the amount of money one does on a car and have to be concerned that they are being lied to or taken advantage of. Let me tell you- this is exactly what happened to me...from the sales end to having my car serviced.

Their Internet Sales department does not communicate with the actual sales professionals. Be sure to call directly to your sales person if you want to have a chance to buy a car! And if you get Kaliene Brost, I recommend you ask to speak to someone else more professional and empathetic to your car buying journey. Bought our 2019 Highlander tonight. We were taken care of start to finish by Joe Scallorn. He helped us get everything we wanted and gave us his full attention. Walked us through all the bells and whistles. Highly recommended!
We recently purchased a 2018 Yaris Ia from International Toyota. It was an extremely positive experience. We worked with Herman who was knowledgeable, funny, and attentive to our questions. His great sense of humor added to the entire experience. All of the other staff were also great to work with. When minor issues arose, the staff dealt with them effectively and made it easy for us, the customer. Without hesitation, we recommend International Toyota.
