Owner is a scumbag piece of garbage
Customer service I felt is not up to par. We leave messages, no return calls. Installer was a kid who damaged several things in the kitchen, cabinet and range. But “he’d been in construction for years and does a good job.” You can feel the seam and looks bad. I know the material is mined, but for the dollar amount it should be perfect in every application. Owner states he will make things right but hadn’t called back like he said. I am very disappointed with this company.
We built our home in 2019 and our builder recommended International Stone. Aside from the price of our granite counters being a fair price, they are nothing short of terrible. I came home tonight only to find that one of the under mounted sinks in our master bath was pulling away from the counter and ready to fall. It is now propped up with wood and books until I can call them in the morning. My husband and I were shopping for new granite countertops when we stopped at International Stone Gallery. At first the staff was friendly and extremely responsive when we asked for a quote on granite. When we chose to go back to take a second look at the color we saw a new arrival of granite on the lot, we fell in love with it and told the staff that we would like a price on it. Can not recommend this place highly enough. They go above and beyond from the owner to the young man (Joe) who worked with me, to the gals in the office and the installers. I’m convinced they were more excited for me than I was. LOVE, LOVE our quartzite counters!!!
Very nice and knowledgeable staff
Installed granite for my customers new kitchen today. Could not be happier with International stone from how they treated me as a contractor, and my clients. From the sales staff, who gave me pricing with in 30 minutes. Templates were done with a laser, and my installers were Top Notch. Owner gave me a tour of his facility.
