i´m very pleased to have chosen ISSA personal trainer certification program. For me it was a grate experience, i´m very busy since i´m both a psychology student and working at World Class iceland (which is the largest fitness center in Iceland) so it suited me well to be able to control my studying hours. Thinking of doing a recertification,this site appeares to be one of the most informative,also,a significant portion of there programs are backed by Scientific studies.
The study guide was extremely informative and well structured, and the other course materials (work book, practice final, quizzes, and final exam) were also very helpful in the learning process. Having lifted for years, I feel much more confident in helping others (and being paid for it) than before I took this course. Also, the learning process from an ISSA execution standpoint was flawless and the ISSA folks were extremely helpful when called upon.

The CPT study syllabus was extensive, covering all kinds of training principles and sciences with their common misconceptions which have helped me reshape my own misconceptions that I picked up from my uneducated years before I enrolled into ISSA's CPT Course! I am a CFT that let my cert laps, over 2years but completed my sports science nutrition except the final ISSA was so amazing they allowed me to take my final a reinstatement exam on my CFT 9papers 1thesis 100 multiple choice questions + a practicum book later 175$ now we wait to see if what was something that was just being done for CE,s will make me Paul bruster CFT,SSN,BS & I PRAY I PASS!
