Changed my life for the better was looking for a shcool to help me teach these things to others issa was it.
ISSA taught me a lot of things that I didn't learn through experience. I have learned about the different systems of the body and how they work, which I believe is really important if I want to advise my clients with a certain fitness program. It gives me the knowledge needed in order to customize programs based on individual goals. Also, the exam was very comprehensive and tested everything I have learned in the book. I wouldn't say it was easy or difficult but not everyone can pass it.
Certification is accepted at most gyms. The information and knowledge you receive taking the CPT course compared to the price cannot be beat by any other Association. After I received my certification I was a better qualified individual for any fitness related job and it helped me with my own training as well.
Although it was tough for me to pass the exam as english is not my mother language, l learned a lot from ISSA and it support me a lot during the exam, I deeply thank to ISSA and l will keep learning from this associaton.
Doing the ISSA certification has been an experience in itself! Through this course I was able to analyse and apply the theory to my day to day clientele.

When I was looking to start my personal trainer certification I looked at many places and finally choose ISSA and that was the best one to choose I feel. The preparation they day with all the quizzes, material and the final all prepares you for the personal training field and help you get the right step forward. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get into the personal trainer or fitness field.
Recently I finished my cft course through issa,i found the course design indept,covering minutes of details,I've a pretty sound background of medical science as i work as a Radiology Technologist (CAT Scan),I feel i took a right choice in opting for ISSA as it has a great team and follow up method,it's great to be associated with such a great team who helped me in achieving what I alway dreamt of
I know I chose correctly for my Fitness studies through ISSA. I recommend them to anyone,who is looking to become a trainer. They don't do any short cuts. They are real in what they teach and that's what I love about them. Always there when you need them,no joke:-)
